In cooperation with Vintom, we have prepared a mailing campaign with a personalized video, addressed to Microsoft Office users.
Our task was to create a concept of a personalized video that will promote Microsoft Teams among current MS Office subscribers. It is a service that facilitates teamwork, improves communication of all its members, as well as enables file transfer and project management.

Data from Microsoft's customer database is used to create a personalized video.
Each customer receives an e-mail with information about the offer and a link to a video prepared specifically for them.
A unique link directs the customer to a page with an embedded player.
The technology of personalization allows presenting the customer’s data in the video.
The customer can at any time go to the manufacturer's website and order the service.
VIDEO PERSONALIZATION
A mailing campaign with personalized video combines two of the most effective marketing tools: video and personalized message. The technology of video personalization allows us to create not one video for a thousand people, but thousand videos for a thousand people.
In the personalized video for Microsoft’s clients, the main figure was Ania, a member of the MS Teams crew. She addressed the recipient by name and in a very clear and simple way presented all the functions and tools available in the service.
